Information Technology
Macdonalds Consolidateds' IT Department offers a number of systems and programs for today's competitive retail market. Many of the systems and programs we offer will help the Retailer achieve efficiencies by managing their manual processes with industry standard technologies.
Several systems can achieve these efficiencies by implementing a POS system, a hand-held Ordering system and the Internet for online Document Management.
Macdonalds Consolidated creates complimentary data files for most POS systems for weekly AD Specials and Catalogue product updates.
The PTC 610 Telxon Ordering system scans a bar-coded shelf label and transmits via telephone to an Interactive Voice Response system, for order confirmation.
The Document Management system allows the Retailer to Log-In to a secure web site to obtain weekly publications and make online product inquiries.
Information Technology is committed to helping the Retailer achieve growth in their business through system enhancements and technological change.

Meat
Macdonalds Consolidated Meat Department is committed to providing exceptional and innovative service to all customers. Our Inside Sales Team communicate daily with our customers and give  personalized service. They will update customers on market information that may impact their business.
 With our own Meat Plant (Lucerne) and the ability to source from other suppliers we are able to offer pricing and service levels that are very competitive in the market place. We are also able to offer a full line of fish, frozen and processed meat.
